早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者的相关影响

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者产生的相关影响。方法选择2012年2月至2013年6月在医院进行脑卒中偏瘫治疗的患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例，对全部患者进行常规护理观察组患者发病48h内增加康复护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后运动功能积分及BI评分明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理能有效改善患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力。
