临床护理路径在消化性溃疡病患者护理中的应用

目的研究采用临床路径模式对消化性溃疡患者进行护理的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2013年3月消化性溃疡患者80例的临床资料，将其平均分成试验组和对照组，各40例，对照组患者采用整体护理方法。试验组患者采用临床路径模式护理，护理结束后，从疾病相关知识掌握度与护理工作满意度两方面对比两组患者的临床效果。结果从疾病相关知识掌握度方面对比，对照组为77．50％，试验组为92．50％；从护理满意度方面对比，对照组为77．50％，试验组为95．00％，与对照组相比．试验组患者消化性溃疡病的护理效果更优。结论采用临床路径模式对消化性溃疡病患者进行护理，可提高患者的相关知识掌握度与护理满意度，临床效果良好。

objective to study the clinical pathway model for nursing the clinical effect of peptic ulcer patients.Methods retro- spective in March 2011 to March 2013,80 cases of peptic ulcer patients,the average divided into experimental group 40 cases, control group 40 cases,the patients using overall nursing method for control group,adopts the model of clinical pathway nursing, the experimental group patients after nursing,from disease related knowledge to master degree and nurses job satisfaction both compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Restdts the comparison from the aspects of disease related knowledge to master degree,compared with 77.50%,the experimental group was 92.50%; Compared from the aspects of nursing satisfaction,the control group was 77.50% ,the experimental group was 95.00% ,compared with the control group,experimental group patients with peptic ulcer disease nursing effect is better.Conclusion the clinical path model to nursing care of patients with peptic ulcer dis- ease,can improve the patient＇s master degree of relative knowledge and nursing satisfaction,clinical effect is good,is worth to be further promoted.
