摘要
通过对输送浓度 μ <2 0、输送距离 30～ 5 4m面粉稀相、高速、低压气力压运系统供料器性能研究 ,归纳出了供料器阻力的计算公式 ,确定了供料器漏风量为进气量的 15 %。
The property of blower seal feeder of flour positive pneumatic conveying system was studied under the condition of solid-to-air radio μ<20 and transportion distance of 30～54 m.The calculating formula of the feeder's pressure loss was gotten. The air leakage quantity of the feeder was 15% of the input air quantity. The test results showed that the experience formula of the air leakage quantity imitated the real process.
