摘要
给小鼠灌胃葡萄糖溶液 (1.0g/kg)或葡萄糖与多功能大豆纤维 (MSF ,1.0 ,1.5或 2 .0g/kg)混合液 ,发现MSF可使葡萄糖耐量曲线变得平缓 ,并有明显的剂量 -效应关系。连续 4周摄入含 10 %MSF大豆纤维的饲料 ,可明显降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值 ,并改善其生长状况 ,但对健康小鼠的生长状况及空腹血糖值并无明显影响。这说明 ,MSF具有良好的稳定餐后血糖的功能 ,且食用安全性高 。
It was treated with gastric intubation of glucose solution(1.0 g/kg body weight) on rats, or this solution incorporated with multifunctional soybean fiber(MSF,1.0,1.5 or 2.0 g/kg body weight).The results showed that the addition of MSF could flatten the postprandial serum glucose curve, with the obvious dose-effect relationship. The fasting serum glucose of diabetic rats was decreased significantly after feeding with diets including 10% MSF, and the growth was also improved, but those of healthy rats had no changes. It was found that MSF could take good effect on the stabilization of postprandial serum glucose, and no effect on normal rats, but obviously on diabetic rats.
