阐述了物料在双螺杆挤压机中停留时间分布的理论 ,从设计模型和检测方法方面描述了物料的停留时间分布 ,并指出了影响停留时间分布的因素 。
The theory of residence time distribution of materials in the twin-screw extruder was introduced. The residence time distribution model of the material was described by the design model and checking method, and the factors of influencing residence time distribution of material were pointed out. This provided the basis for selecting and controling the parameters of the extruder system and operation parameters.
