摘要
信贷资产证券化是近30年来世界金融领域重大的创新之一。借鉴国外的实践经验,结合我国国情,主要从信贷资产证券化的基本思路、证券化的操作流程设计和相关证券的设计三个方面阐述了我国信贷资产证券化的发展构想。
Asset Securitization is one of the important finance innovations in the past thirty years. Combined the experience of other countries with the condition of China, the conception of asset securitization of China is expounded from three aspects-the basic idea, the operation sequence and the related security.
