注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察

Efficacy of piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium for injection in treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的主要探讨注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察。方法治疗方法有:①控制感染;②镇咳祛痰;③解痉平喘。结果 65例慢性支气管炎患者经过治疗后,痊愈15例,显效27例,有效19例,无效4例,总有效率为93.8%。结论 65例慢性支气管炎患者经过治疗后,总有效率较高,治疗方法值得临床参考借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of piperacillin sodium / tazobactam sodium for injection in treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods Treatment methods： （1） infection control; （2） antitussive and expectorant; （3） antispasmodic. Results 65 cases of chronic bronchitis after treatment, 15 cases were cured, 27 cases were markedly,19 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.8%. Conclusion In this article, 65 cases of chronic bronchitis after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was higher, it is worthy of clinical reference.
