摘要
对掺杂Sb的Fe(OH)3干凝胶及α-Fe2O3晶化相进行穆斯堡尔谱研究.结 果显 示:Fe(OH)3非晶相的原子配位与Sb掺杂基本无关,其结构在晶化前随着热处理的进 行无序度增加;掺Sb干凝胶加热时晶化为α-Fe2O3和FeSbO4;部分Sb原子进入 α-Fe2O3形成固溶体.
The Sb doped Fe(OH)3 gel and α-Fe2O3 phase prepared by sol-gel me thod have been investigated with Mssbauer spectrograph. The atomic co o rdination of amorphous Fe(OH)3 is almost unaffected by the Sb doping, while it s structure tends to be more random during annealing before crystallization. Sb doped gel transform to α-Fe2O3 and FeSbO4 through crystallization af ter proper annealing, some of the Sb dopant enter the α-Fe2O3 lattice and form the solid solution.
