摘要
介绍了一种滚珠轴承钢GCr15的淬火 +高温回火的新球化工艺 .该工艺比传统球化退火工艺省时、节能、效率高 ,同时符合工艺要求的各项性能指标 。
This article introduces a new process of spheroidizing of quenching and tigh tempering to GCr15. By making use of the process, we can save time,energy, and get a high effiency compared to the traditional process, at the same time, it can produce a property satisfying the desire of product. Moreover, this process is easy to apply into practice in industry.
