摘要
研究了用真空升华方法制备的酞菁锌(ZnPc)薄膜在不同浓度的酒精和氨气中的透射光谱以及处理温度对光透射率的影响.结果发现,ZnPc薄膜对氨不敏感,但对酒精很敏感,而且光透射率随气体浓度增加而下降.在大气中退火处理的薄膜,其透射率随酒精浓度的增加而显著下降,特别是在330℃处理1 h后、波长为470 nm时,在体积分数为0%~15%的气体中薄膜透射率变化的绝对值达30%.
The transmissive spectra of zinc phthalocynine(ZnPc) thin film prepared by vac uum sublimation is studied in different concentration for alcohol and NH3, and the effect of annealling on transmmivity. The ZnPc film is not sensitive to NH 3 and very sensitive to alcohol, transmissivity reduces with increasing alcoho l concentration. The transmissivity changes obviously for annealled films in air , and the changing absolute value is up to 30% at annealling temperature of 330 ℃ for alcohol concentration range of 0%~15%, when wavelength is equal to 470 n m.
