摘要
研究了表面掺杂和高温烧结对TiO2材料半导化的影响,结果表明:TiO2材料在高温条件 下可产生间隙离子和氧空位;掺入与Ti4+离子半径相近的V5+,Nb5+,Sb 5+,Mg2+,Li+等离子可与TiO2生成固熔体,从而增加材料的导电粒子数目 ,改变TiO2材料的能带结构,降低材料的固有阻值,使TiO2材料半导化.
The effect of the surface mix and the high-temperature sintering on the semi -conductivity mechanism of TiO2 materials has been studied. The result demons trated that the high-temperature sintering has produced interval ion and oxygen space; that the surface mix with V5+, Nb5+, Sb5+, Mg2+, Li+ ion has formed solid meltable bodys with the semi-conductivity o f TiO2 materials. These have raised electrical conductivrty, improved the energy belt structure ane reduced the resistance of TiO2 materials.
