管道煤气中含水率的测定

Research of the online measurement of the water content in pipeline gas

摘要 通过对各类湿度传感器在线测定管道煤气中含水率进行实验研究,并采用重量法湿 度计进行现场对比,结果发现:采用陶瓷湿敏传感器,外加一保温箱,可解决煤气水分在线 测量问题. A special testing device and transmitter were developed and various humidity s ensors were experimented upon in online testing the water content in the pinelin e gas. A gravimetric hygrometer was adopted to make intercomparison tests on s ite. It has been shown that the online measuring of moisture in the pineline g as can be obtained by using ceramic humidity sensor and external incubator.
