摘要
红外吸收法是目前常用的一种水分测量方法,但其固有的缺点使其测量精度和范围 都受到了影响.微波测量是一种新的水分测量方法:水分子具有很强的极化特性和很大的介 电常数,其介电常数值与电磁波频率的变化存在着规律性的关系,通过测量在一频率段内水 的较高介电常数所引起的微波传播速度、波长等的变化参数,可间接但又准确地测出物质中 水分的含量.该方法构思巧妙,操作简单,测量精度高,应用范围广,能有效地克服红外吸 收法在水分测量中所暴露出来的缺点.
IR absorption is one of the methods for moisture measurment, but its measurig precision is limited by its natural defect. MW measurement is a new method for m oisture measurement, its measuring principle depends on the relation between the dielectric constant of water and the change of speed and wave length of MW. The moisture in materials can be accuratly measured indirectly, by measuring parame ter change of speed and wave length produced by high dielectric constant of wate r within some frequence range. This method has a good plot, simple operation pre cise measurement and a wide use, thus being able to overcome the defects occurin g in IR absorption method.
