摘要
运用卡尔·费休库仑法,对日本三菱公司的CA—06水分测定仪不能直接检测的固体 和气体中水分含量进行检测研究.通过将载气、水分蒸发装置及水分仪主机联用,以及通过 设计加工与连接管路相匹配的气体管路接头等手段,组建了固体、气体水分检测系统,使CA —06水分测定仪应用范围得以拓宽.经验证:应用该技术,固、液体水分检测精度高,气体 水分分析结果可信,重现性好.此技术不仅适用于常量水分分析,也适用于微量水分检测.
Based on the principle of Karl-Fishcher, the moisture measurement of the soli d and the gas was studied, which could not be tested directly by CA-06 moisture equipment. Through online of carrier gas, evaporating equipment of moisture an d host machine of moisture detector a moisture detecting system of the solid an d the gas was packed by using gas pipe line joints matching connection pipeline s, thus application of CA-06 moisture equipment was expansed. It has been pro ved that the method has high degree of accuracy of moisture detecting of the sol id and the gas, good repeatability and reliable analytic results. All of macroan alysis and microanalysis of moisture can be obtained by the method. Key word:
