To describe the function, design and programming method of a MIS which is suitable for the management of science-research project of the institution of higher learning. It presents many queries. Once a query is executed, resulting records can be seat to the worksheet of Excel for processing or printing. It is developed in VB6.0. It is of friendly user interface and is easy to operate.
