Water Utilization Strategy is Crucial Face for Papermaking's Sustainable Development Strategy

水是制浆造纸工业的血液，目前我国造纸工业面临区域性缺水及水体污染日趋严重的局面。水利用问题应作为该产业可持续发展战略的重要内容来研究，其中节水和水体治污等是重头戏；而且应在市场条件下统筹考虑供水及废水处理等一系列问题，使得产业发展和环保和谐统一。

：Water can be recognized as blood for pulping & papermaking industry,which in China, is facing heavy regional water shortage and water pollution with each passing day.Water utilization strategy has to be considered as one of the most important contents for papermaking's sustainable development strategy,and the emphases are economization on water,elimination of water pollution etc.;besides,comprehensive management in water supply,waste water treatment and all the problems related under existing market conditions is urgently needed to make papermaking environment friendly and the development promising.
