摘要
阐述了原料皮浸水过程中所使用的浸水助剂的种类及它们的作用原理，从组成、使用性能等角度对目前国内外一些典型的浸水助剂产品进行了介绍，并提出了国内浸水助剂的研究发展方向。
The types and functions of auxiliary soaking agents are discussed.The typical surfactants and enzymes used during soaking are introduced from their components and properties.The researching and developing directions of auxiliary soaking agents are also presented.
