Fully-Automated Textile Processing in Discontinuous (Batchwise) Yarn and Piece Dyeing

对于在欧州自动化中心的那些纺织整理企业来讲 ,巨大的染色成本给企业创造效益造成相当大压力。本文叙述了全自动纱线染色 (已成功生产 4年之久 )和全自动匹布染色的成功经验。

For those textile finishing plants located in central Europe automation is of considerable importance for the pro fitability of the company since the dyer has to cope with enormous cost pressures. In this paper, experiences with a fully automated yarn dyehouse (already in successful operatio for four years now) and a fully automated piece dyeing plant are described. With such automated dyehouses there is a chance for survival in Europe today.
