Research on Post Arrangement and Fixed Number of Persons of Rural Water Supply Enterprises

农村供水单位岗位合理设置,是农村供水工程长效运营和发展的重要基础保障。分析了农村供水单位岗位设置现状和存在问题,确定了岗位设置原则和方法,提出了适宜农村供水单位操作的岗位划分和相应职责,并给出了对应不同定员级别下的岗位人数控制范围,为农村供水单位的岗位设置和日常管理提供了技术依据,以期切实保障农村供水工程的良性运行。

Reasonable post arrangement is important base security for the long-term operation and development of rural water supply project.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems in the post arrangement of rural water supply enterprises have been analyzed.With the establishment of post arrangement principles and method,the applicable post species and corresponding responsibilities have been put forward and the fixed number of persons standard has been recommended,which would provide the technical basis for the post arrangement and normal management of rural water supply enterprises and be helpful for the positive operation of rural water engineering.
