摘要 γ-氨基丁酸(γ-amino butyric acid,GABA)是一种哺乳动物体内广泛存在的非蛋白质组成的天然氨基酸。近年来研究发现GABA具有促进采食、抗热应激、镇静等生理功能。目前,许多研究发现GABA是通过抑制饱觉中枢、调控味觉以及刺激神经肽Y(NPY)的分泌等实现上述生理功能的。本文就GABA调控采食量及缓解热应激机制的研究进展做一综述。 γ-amino butyric acid (GABA) is a non-protein compositing natural amino acid which is widely found in mammal animals. Recent researches suggested that GABA had many physiology functions such as regulating feed intake, resisting heat-stress, sedation and so on. Currently, many researches found that GABA might play these functions through inhibiting satiety center, regulating taste and stimulating neuropeptide Y (NPY). This article reviewed the recent studies on the mechanisms of GABA in regulating feed intake and re- lieving heat-stress.
