高粱和小麦对生长獭兔的营养价值评定 被引量:9

摘要 本试验旨在通过饲养和消化试验来评定高粱和小麦在生长獭兔上的营养价值。试验选取24只60日龄左右的平均体重为(1.68±0.23)kg的生长獭兔,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复1只),分别饲喂基础饲粮、高粱饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%高粱)、小麦饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%小麦)和玉米饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%玉米)。采用全收粪法测定生长獭兔对高粱、小麦和玉米中总能(GE)、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)以及无氮浸出物(NFE)的表观消化率。预试期和正试期各5 d。结果表明:生长獭兔对高粱和小麦中GE、DM、CP、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、EE、Ash、Ca、P、NFE的表观消化率分别为68.61%、68.83%、80.45%、30.90%、39.24%、24.99%、0.64%、83.81%、54.06%、48.43%、19.86%、79.18%和68.63%、69.02%、80.33%、31.23%、39.84%、26.67%、0.65%、83.08%、57.05%、55.86%、21.26%、79.29%,二者的各营养物质表观消化率均与玉米差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出,对于生长獭兔,高粱、小麦的营养价值与玉米接近,可用于替代玉米,但因高粱和小麦含有抗营养因子,需控制替代比例;生长獭兔对高粱和小麦中的营养物质表观消化率有一定差异,综合考虑,小麦的营养价值要稍高于高粱。 This experiment was carried out to evaluate the nutritional values of sorghum and wheat for growing Rex rabbits by feeding and digestion trials. A total of 24 growing Rex rabbits with the age about 60 days and an average body weight of ( 1.68± 0.23 ) kg were randomly divided into 4 groups ( 6 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate). The rabbits in the 4 groups were fed a basal diet, a sorghum diet (85% basal diet + 15% sorghum), a wheat diet (85% basal diet + 15% wheat) and a corn diet (85% basal diet + 15% corn), respectively. Total fecal collection method was applied to determine the apparent digestibility of gross energy (GE), dry matter (DM) , crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) , acid de- tergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), ether extract (EE), crude ash (Ash), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and nitrogen free extract (NFE) in sorghum, wheat and corn for growing Rex rabbits. Both pre-trial and trial periods lasted for 5 days. The results showed as follows: the apparent digestibility of GE, DM, CP, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, EE, Ash, Ca, P and NFE in sorghum and wheat for growing Rex rabbits were 68.61% , 68.83%, 80.45%, 30.90%, 39.24%, 24.99%, 0.64% , 83.81%, 54.06% , 48.43%, 19.86%, 79.18% and 68.63%, 69.02%, 80.33%, 31.23%, 39.84%, 26.67%, 0.65%, 83.08%, 57.05%, 55.86% , 21.26%, 79.29%, respectively. The apparent digestibility of nutrients in sorghum and wheat were not significantly different compared with corn ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that the nutritional values of sorghum and wheat are similar with corn for growing Rex rabbits, and it is feasible that sorghum and wheat can replace the corn, but the replacement ratio need to be controlled because of the sorghum and wheat containing anti-nutritional factors. There are certain differences in nutrient apparent digestibility between sor- ghum and wheat for growing Rex rabbits, and the nutritional value of wheat is slightly higher than that of sor- ghum based on comprehensive consideration.
