摘要 目的综述实时细胞电子分析技术的研究进展,为中药研究提供参考。方法根据近年来国内外相关文献,对实时细胞电子分析技术的原理、特点及其应用进行归纳总结。结果与结论实时细胞电子分析技术是一种无标记、无侵害的实时细胞电子分析方法。综述了实时细胞电子分析技术的应用研究进展,为其在药学领域进一步应用发展提供参考,并对其在中药及复方领域的应用前景进行了展望。 OBJECTIVE To provide reference for further application of RTCA in the field of TCM ( traditional Chinese medicine) development, and summarize the RTCA technology application progress in recent years. METHODS The RTCA technology princi- ples, characteristics and applications are summarized based on referring to the related literature in recent years. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION RTCA is a kind of unmarked, non-invasive real-time cell electronic analysis method. It is recently used in drug screening, toxicology evaluation, cell growth, division and death mechanism research. The dynamic real-time analysis of cell is more and more concerned. The RTCA technology application prospects in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and compound are demon- strated. It is hoped to provide reference for further application of RTCA in the field of pharmaceutical development.
