孤独症儿童语言障碍及其认知神经机制 被引量:7

摘要 语言交流障碍是孤独症的主要临床特征之一[1]。美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第四版(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders,Fourth Edition,DSM-IV)和国际疾病分类(International Classifica-tion of Diseases,ICD-10)都把语言交流障碍当做孤独症的核心临床特征。语言发展障碍也是父母关注较多的问题。很多孤独症儿童前来就诊,都是父母怀疑其为语言发育迟缓[2-3]。语言的发展,尤其5岁之前的语言能力与长期预后高度相关[4]。因此,语言方面的表现在孤独症儿童的临床干预中显得尤为重要。
