随着旅游业的飞速发展以及旅游市场竞争的日益激烈,旅游业竞争力成为衡量区域旅游业是否发达的关键性指标。蓝色经济区旅游业竞争力水平的提高不仅对本区经济发展至关重要,对山东旅游业的发展也具有重要意义。基于"钻石模型",从生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持性产业、产业战略、管理体制和业内竞争、政府政策以及机遇六方面对蓝色经济区旅游业竞争力进行定性分析,并提出蓝色经济区旅游业竞争力提升的策略。

With the rapid development of tourism as well as the acceleration of market competition, the strength of tourism com- petitiveness has become a measure of regional tourism develop- ment. The raise of tourism competitiveness level of Blue Economic Zone is important to not only the regional economic development, but also the development of tourism in Shandong. Based on the Diamond Model, the paper carries on qualitative analysis for the tourism competitiveness of Blue Economic Zone from the produc- tion factors, demand conditions, supporting industries and strategy, management system, government policies and opportunities and proposes some strategy for promoting the tourism competitiveness of Blue Economic Zone.
