摘要
本文通过对黑龙江省林蛙产业所面临的问题,包括林蛙养殖技术瓶颈,野生林蛙的盗猎行为,林蛙产业缺乏资金支持等问题的论述,阐明了黑龙江林蛙产业可持续发展的重要意义、阻碍林蛙养殖业发展的若干问题以及应采取的相应对策。提出科学技术支持养殖技术突破、专项资金支持产业化发展、讨论法律法规政策对产业发展的积极作用。
in this paper, by analyzing the forestry frog industry sustainable development bottleneck in Heilongjiang Province, including forestry frog breeding technology, wild poaching, lack of financial support for the sustainable industry development and other issues discussed, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward of solving the expounded several problems, they are science and technology support, breeding technology breakthrough, special funds to support industrial development, positive role of legal regulations and policies on the development of the sustainable industry development.
