摘要
应用机械振动理论 ,对准匀速悬点运动下抽油杆柱的振动问题进行了研究。除在上下冲程交替时外 ,这类抽油机悬点的运动接近匀速运动。在这种悬点位移作用下 ,将引起抽油杆柱的振动 ,导致杆柱中的动应力。结果表明 ,杆柱中的最大振动位移随深度增加量值逐渐增大 ,最大动应力随深度增加而逐渐减小。最大动应力不是随深度呈线性变化 。
The vibration analysis of sucker rod of hydraulic pumping system is carried out in this paper. The house head movement of the pumping system is mainly uniform, except the alternation period of downand upper strokes. Under the action of the horse head movement, the vibration of the sucker rod and, furthermore, thedynamic stress will be induced. The results indicate that the maximum displacement increases, and the maximum dynamic stress decreases with depth. The changing of maximum dynamic stress with depth obeys a quadratic function.
