Effects of China Entering WTO on Chinese Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry and Countermeasures

加入世界贸易组织将对我国石油石化工业的上游核心业务（油气勘探与开发）、炼化企业、石油销售系统以及石油技术服务贸易产生重大影响。本文直面“入世”，分析了我国加入世界贸易组织对石油石化的影响，阐明了发展机遇，并提出了相应的对策。

China entering WTO will have great effects on the upstream business (oil and gas exploration and development), oil refining and chemical engineering enterprises, petroleum marketing system and petroleum technical service and trade. This paper analyzes these influences, expounds the development opportunity for petroleum and petrochemical industry and presents corresponding solutions.
