没有伟大的理论就没有伟大的实践。目前中国经济增长率不断降低,宏观经济步入进退维谷、增长乏力的困境之中。实际上这是目标、制度与政策三个层面的问题长期累积的结果。因此,全面解决中国经济问题也需要从中国经济的目标、制度与政策三个层面寻求正确的方向和对策,需要经济理论总结和制度创新。本文基于上述分析,从多个纬度对中国建设社会主义有组织的市场经济制度做了分析和阐述。

There is no great practice without great theory. Chinese economic growth rate decreases at present, macro economy going into a predicament, weak growth. In fact, this is the three level target, system and policy of the cumulative result of long-term. Therefore, a comprehensive solution to China economic issues also need to seek direction and strategies from three aspects of economic goals, system and policy, need to summarize the economic theory and system innovation. Based on the above analysis, from a more organized to China construction of socialist market economy system is analyzed and expounded.
