一种高扭矩钻具螺纹脂摩擦系数的试验研究

Experimental study on friction coefficient of thread compounds for a high torque drill tool

采用高摩擦系数的钻具螺纹脂 ,可提高钻具接头上卸扣扭矩 ,满足使用大负荷顶驱设备的要求 ,这是大位移井钻井的关键技术之一。文中采用传统的四球机法 ,对工投牌高扭矩钻具螺纹脂的摩擦系数进行了测试。结果表明 ,该方法可以用来修正钻柱上紧扭矩 ,高摩擦系数的工投牌钻具螺纹脂 ,能提高钻具上卸扣扭矩 ,满足高速钻井要求。

Using drill tool thread compounds with high friction coefficient can enhance screw on/off torque for drill tool connection,and meet the requirements of using peak load top drive equipment.This is one of key techniques of extended reach well drilling.The paper measures the friction coefficient of Gongtou brand thread compounds for high torque drill tool.The results show Gongtou brand drill tool thread compounds with high friction coefficient can enhance drill tool torque wrench moment/break out,and meet the requirements of quick-speed drilling.
