摘要
依托于某隧道单层衬砌工程,对普通喷射混凝土、钢纤维喷射混凝土以及钢-聚丙烯复合纤维喷射混凝土进行耐久性试验研究。对试验结果进行比较分析,抗渗试验及碳化试验表明纤维喷射混凝土具有更好的密实性,抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验也可以间接证明这一结论。纤维的掺入不仅提高了喷射混凝土的抗渗性、抗碳化性能及早期抗裂性能,也改善了喷射混凝土的受压性能。在硫酸盐的侵蚀下,普通喷射混凝土的损伤速率快于纤维喷射混凝土。与普通喷射混凝土相比,纤维喷射混凝土具有更优的耐久性,更适合做单层衬砌的材料。
Relying on a monolayer lining project of a amnel, experimental study of durability was conducted on three different shotcrete to know the fiber's contribution to the matrix shorcrete.These three are steel fiber reinforced shotcrete, steel-polypropylene composite rein- forced shotcrete, and common shotcrete.Test results have been compared and analyzed.The impevious test and carbonation text showed that fiber reinforced shotcrete had better compactibility, the resistance text to sulphate attack gave indirect evidence to this conclusion.The fiber can not only improve the concrete's impermeability, carbonation resistance and early crack resistance ,but also improves the concrete's compression performance.In the sulfate erosion, common shotcrete damaged faster than fiber reinforced shotcrete.Compared with common shotcrete, fiber reinforced shotcrete has better durability, and is more suitable for monolayer lining's material.
