地下水封油库掺矿粉高性能喷射混凝土试验研究

摘要 针对地下水封油库这一特殊的工程背景,通过室内试验研究了作为地下水封油库主洞室永久层喷射混凝土的工作性、强度及收缩性能。该喷射混凝土在原有设计基础上掺加了优质矿粉作为掺合料。对不同矿粉掺量下喷射混凝土工作性、与速凝剂相容性、抗压强度以及干缩性能进行了系统的室内试验研究。结果显示:掺矿粉喷射混凝土具有与基准混凝土相当的强度,更好的工作性能,较低的干缩率,且在矿粉与粉煤灰复掺时表现更为明显。同时,考虑成本因素,将矿粉用于喷射混凝土中具有较好的经济效益。 Focused on the groundwater sealed caverns,the special engineering project,an research have been carried out to investigate the workability, strength and shrinkage of the shotcrete utilizing as a permanent layer of groundwater sealed caverns.The shotcrete has in- troduced high-quality slag as admixture based on original design.The shotcrete batches with different slag dosage has been manufactured in laboratory and their compatibility with the accelerator, their compressive strengths and dry shrinkages has been measured.The results showed that the concretes with different content slag have considerable strength, better workability, lower shrinkage ratio compared with the reference concrete.At the same time, taking into the cost account,the slag used in shotcrete has economic benefit.
