摘要
在满足井架使用要求的前提下 ,运用空间有限元计算方法 ,对传统的BJ2 - 18型试油井架进行优化设计。优化过程主要分两部分完成 :首先分析试油井架的受力状况 ,建立力学模型 ,并设定力学模型的边界条件 ;用有限元法进行强度和刚度计算 ,对井架进行尺寸优化和几何优化 ,按等强度原则确定井架优化后的各截面几何尺寸。优化后的SJY - 18型试油井架经过测试后完全达到设计要求 ,即强度与原井架相当 ,刚度及稳定性满足使用要求 ,经优化设计后的井架比原井架质量减轻 2 0 %。目前 ,该试油井架正在江苏油田推广使用。
The traditional BJ 2-18 derrick was optimized by using spatially finite element method Its optimization process is divided into 2 step:firstly,analyzing forces condition,building mechanical model and determining boundary condition of mechanical model;secondly,calculating strength and rigidity by using finite element method,optimizing geometric structure and deciding section dimensions according to uniform strength principle.Test shows that not only does the optimized SJY-18 derrick entirely meet design requirements in strength,rigidity and stability,but it is 20% lighter.This kind of derricks are now being popularly applied in Jiangsu Oilfield.
