固含量超标洗刷水的回收利用分析

Researches on recycling washout water containing overproof solids

水资源的循环利用对绿色生产有重大意义。搅拌站使用浑浊的洗刷水与清水作为混凝土拌和水时,其中的可溶物与不溶物含量不易控制,常超出我国混凝土用水标准JGJ 63中的规定。对英国EN1008、美国ASTM等标准以及国内外研究回收利用超标洗刷水的方法进行了研究分析,结果表明:超标水也可以使用。为搅拌站的生产质量控制提供了一定的依据。

The recycling of water is significant to green production.When epinephelos washout water and clean water are used as mixing water in PC plants, the insoluble and soluble solids contained usually exceed the limits of JGJ63.The specifications of BS EN1008, ASTM standards, and domestic and foreign achievements about the recycling of overproof washout water were compared and investigated.The re- suits indicated that, overproof water was usable and the JGJ 63 was stricter, which would afford supports for the production quality control of plants using washout water.
