摘要
连续油管工作寿命短是影响连续油管作业成本的主要因素之一。以疲劳强度理论和塑性力学为基础 ,探讨连续油管在反复卷绕弯曲条件下的疲劳寿命问题 ,给出连续油管卷绕弯曲疲劳寿命计算方法 ,并讨论卷绕滚筒半径和油管尺寸对连续油管寿命的影响。分析表明 :连续油管卷绕弯曲疲劳属于低周疲劳问题 ,疲劳寿命较短 ;改进连续油管作业装置的结构 ,不用导向架是延长连续油管使用时间的有效途径。
Coiled tubing(CT) life is very short,which is main fact to affect cost of CT services.Based on theory of fatigue strength and plasticity,coiled-tubing-life is analysed when coiled tubing is bent,and CT life affected by reel radius and coiled tubing size discussed.The result shows that because life analysis of bending coiled tubing is a fatigue problem with fewer cycles,coiled tubing life is not long.In order to increase coiled tubing work time,the structure in coiled tubing system is improved without gooseneck.
