快速成型技术及其在石油机械领域中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 快速成型是近十年发展起来的一种先进制造技术 ,采用此项技术可以显著缩短产品投放市场的周期 ,降低成本 ,提高产品质量 ,增强企业的竞争能力。以华中理工大学开发、生产的HRP系列分层物体制造 (LOM)快速成型系统和HRPS系列选择性激光烧结 (SLS)快速成型系统为例 ,介绍了快速成型的原理。指出快速成型技术在石油机械制造领域中的应用有新产品研制阶段的验证、新产品投放市场前的调研和宣传、快速制模、小批量与特殊复杂制件的直接生产 ,以及新材料的研究等 ,并给出了应用实例。快速成型技术目前还存在系统价格昂贵、加工精度较低和机械性能较差等问题 。 Rapid prototyping (RP) is a kind of advanced manufacturing technology developed in recent ten years. To adopt this technology can remarkably shorten the period for launching products into the market, lower the cost of the products, improve products quality and enhance the competition capability of the enterprises. The principle of RP is expounded by taking LOM (Laminated Object Manufacture) and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology as examples. Application of RP in the petroleum machinery manufacturing area are as follows: verification of new products in the stage of development, investigation and propaganda of new products before being launching into the market, rapid pattern making, short run production, production of special complicated parts, and study of new materials. An example of applying RP is given. The problems with RP, including high price, low machining accuracy and poor mechanical performance, must be well handled.
