护理本科生关怀理念认知情况调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查护理本科生关怀理念认知情况.方法利用"护士人文关怀品质量表"对北华大学护理学院护理全日制223名在校本科生及100名毕业1 a后的临床护士共323名护理本科生进行问卷调查.结果护理本科女生对关怀理念认知情况总分及各维度得分均比护理本科男生高;护理本科生关怀理念认知情况存在年级差异;护理本科生人文关怀品质各维度总得分与父亲、母亲、学校老师、临床老师、同班同学的关心程度有关;独生子女、担任班干部、接受人文关怀培训、家庭所在地等方面总得分存在的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论护理本科生认知情况与年级差异、父母亲、学校老师、临床老师、同班同学等的关心程度有关. Objective To investigate the cognition of nursing undergraduates on caring phiylosophy. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted by using the nurse humanistic care quality scale in a total of 323 undergraduates from Nursing School, Beihua University, including 223 full-time nursing undergraduates in school and 100 clinical nurses who had graduated from the university for one year. Results The total scores and the scores in all dimensions of female undergraduates on caring philosophy were higher than those of the male undergraduates, there was a difference in the cognition of undergraduates on caring philosophy between the two grades. The total scores of nursing undergraduates in all dimensions were correlated with the degree of care from their father,mother, school teachers, clinical teachers and classmates (P 〈 0. 05) and there was no significant difference in the total score among nursing undergraduates who were a only child and a class leader, or not, had accepted a training in humanistic care or not, and from different home places ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The cognition of nursing undergraduates on caring philosophy may be correlated with different grades, their parents, school teachers, clinical teachers and classmates.
