摘要
以千屈菜种子为材料,对其萌发特性进行研究.结果表明:千屈菜种子细小,千粒重仅为0.041 g,吸水率为48%;千屈菜种子萌发的最适温度为30℃;赤霉素浸种能促进千屈菜种子的萌发,以200 mg/L赤霉素浸种12 h效果最好;层积处理对种子萌发有促进作用.
Taking the seeds of Lythrum salicaria as test materials, the germination was studied. The results showed that the grain weight of Lythrum salicaria were very light, only 0. 041 g, the water absorption was 48%. The optimum germination temperature was 30 ℃. GA3 improved the seed germination, and soaking with 200mg/L GA3 for 12 hours had better effects. Stratification treatment promoted the seed germination of Lythrum salicaria.
