对地勘文化建设理论与实践的思考

Some Ideas about the Theory and Practice of Geological Exploration Culture Construction

狭义的地勘文化即是国有地勘单位的文化。广义的地勘文化则是以国有地勘单位的发展历史、地质勘查的客观规律与经济规律,以及红色文化、企业文化、行业文化、地域文化、传统文化、现代文化为理论背景的一种特有的文化形态。地勘文化建设的形式选择有价值理念、文化标识、活动形式、文化积淀。建设地勘文化对促进地勘行业的发展与改革意义重大,其保障举措有:建立统一的地勘文化发展规划;以特色化为抓手培育地勘文化;以建立学习型团队为基本形式;以培养和使用人才为重要导向;以工作和生活交流为基本载体;以打造良好的人际关系为重点;政工干部要成为文化百科全书。

In a narrow sense, geological exploration culture is the culture of state-owned geological exploration units; while in the broad sense, geological exploration culture is a unique cultural form based on the development history of state-owned geological exploration units, the objective law and economic law of geological exploration, as well as red culture, enterprise culture, industrial culture, regional culture, traditional culture and modern culture. The form includes the values, the culture mark, activities, and cultural heritage. On this basis, this paper offers some assurance measures： a unified development planning of geological exploration culture should be established; geological exploration culture has been cultivated by characteristics; and the basic form is establishing learning team; training and using talent becomes the most important trend; the basic carrier is the exchange of work and life. In addition, we should focuses on building a good interpersonal relationship; and the political work cadres should study various cultural knowledge.
