甘氨双唑钠对鼻咽癌放射治疗增敏的临床观察 被引量:4

The clinical observation of sodium glycididazole on enhancement of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer

摘要 目的观察甘氨双唑钠(CMNa)对中晚期鼻咽癌患者放射治疗的增敏作用和不良反应,并探讨最佳的用药时间和剂量。方法将2010年3月至2011年12月所收治150例中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机平均分为三组,对照组(50例)、CMNaI组(50例)和CMNa11组(50例)。对照组接受单纯放射治疗;CMNaI组静脉注射CMNa800mg/m。后30min内接受放射治疗;CMNaII组静脉注射CMNa后30~60min内接受放射治疗放疗。每周3次,三组均为常规放射治疗。计算并比较三组的疗效、增敏比值及不良反应的发生情况。结果三组放射治疗后病灶均明显减小;CMNaI组CM—NaⅡ组的完全缓解率(CR)与有效率(68.0%和70.0%、100.0%和96.O%),均明显高于对照组(38.0%和82.O%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);CMNaI组的有效率略优于CMNaⅡ组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);三组不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论甘氨双唑钠对鼻咽癌有较满意的放射增敏作用,近期疗效满意,不良反应不明显,静脉注射甘氨双唑钠后30~60min内放疗安全性似乎更佳。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of sodium glyci- didazole (CMNa) for radiotherapy of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer, and to explore the best time and dose of CMNa. Methods 150 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were evenly divided into three groups: the control group, CMNa I and CMNa I1. Patients in the control group who received radiotherapy alone. CMNa I received CMNa 800mg/m2, 30min later, received radiotherapy. CMNa 1I received CMNa 800mg/m2, 30 -60 min later, received radiotherapy. Calculations lesions of three groups after radiotherapy were significantly reduced. Results The CR rate (68.0%, 70. 0% ) and efficiency( 100. 0% , 96. 0% ) of CMNa I and I1 were significantly higher than that of the control group (38.0% , 82. 0% ) , the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). There are no difference of ad- verse reactions in three groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions CMNa has sensitizing effect of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal eance. The adverse reactions are not obvious. But after intravenous sodium glycididazole, security of radiotherapy given in 30 -60min seems to be better.
