天津市和平区从业人员甲肝IgM检测工作的情况

Condition of HAV- IgM testing among employees in Heping District of Tianjin

目的分析2013年1—6月份天津市和平区疾病预防控制中心（CDC）对食品与公共场所从业人员甲型病毒性肝炎（甲肝）IgM抗体检测工作情况，旨在帮助该实验室工作人员了解2013年上半年甲肝IgM抗体检测工作的实际情况，并对下半年的检测工作提出指导性建议。方法整群抽取2013年1—6月来该区CDC进行健康检查中的食品与公共场所从业人员血清样本共计14573份，按照年龄、性别、职业将其进行分组，并用北京万泰生物药业股份有限公司提供的甲型肝炎病毒IgM抗体检测试剂盒进行酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）。结果体检者的主要人群是20～29岁的年轻人，而甲肝IgM抗体阳性报告出现在40—60岁的体检者中，共计7例，其中男性1例，女性6例，不同性别间甲肝IgM抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；IgM抗体阳性者在食品行业中有4例，公共场所行业中有3例，经检验两职业间甲肝IgM抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论甲肝IgM抗体阳性者主要集中在40～60岁的中年群体，且感染率在性别及职业间无显著性差异，提示该实验室在甲肝的检测工作中应加强对该人群的关注度，进一步做好甲肝筛查工作。

[ Objective ] To analyze the condition of HAV-IgM among employees from catering and public sites which was tested by Tianjin Heping CDC from January to June in 2013, help laboratory workers understand the condition of HAV-IgM testing work in the first half of 2013 and provide guiding suggestion on the coming testing work in the next half of 2013. [ Methods] 14 573 serum samples of employees from catering and public sites who came to CDC for testing from January to June in 2013 were collected by cluster sampling and divided into groups by ages, genders and jobs. Using the related kits offered by Beijing Wantai Biological Pharmacy Enterprise Co. Ltd, the HAV-IgM was detected by ELISA. [Results]The majority of employees who took physical examination were young people aged 20-29. There were 7 HAV-IgM positive reports in employees aged 40-60, 1 man and 6 women. There was no sig- nificant difference in HAV-IgM positive rate between man and woman （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were 4 positive reports in catering em- ployees and 3 in public site employees, and the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion] The employees with HAV-IgM positive are mainly 40-60 years old and the infection rates are not significant difference in gender and jobs. The laboratory should strengthen the attention to employees aged 40-60 in HAV testing work in order to further do the HAV scanning job better.
