摘要
目的分析南宁市区从业人员沙门菌属的带菌情况及流行趋势,为加强卫生管理、防控食物中毒和肠道传染病提供科学依据。方法对南宁市2008--2012年162353名从业人员健康检查肛拭样品中检出的沙门菌进行回顾性分析。结果共检出沙门菌菌株333株,总检出率为0.21%;2008--2012年沙门菌检出率分别为0.31%、0.35%、0.25%、0.12%和0.10%;夏秋季沙门菌的检出率高于冬春季,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。沙门菌带菌者年龄为18—57岁,不同年龄组沙门菌构成比以21—30岁年龄组最高;为57.96%;≥51岁年龄组检出率最低,为2.70%。女性检出率高于男性,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。检出的333株沙门菌共有8个血清群,以B、C、E群为主;其中B群108株,占32.43%;D群2株,占0.60%。结论南宁市从业人员沙门菌检出率呈逐年下降趋势,但仍有较高的沙门菌阳性携带率,应加强这部分人群的卫生意识及其携带沙门菌的监测,尽早发现阳性带菌者,及时采取相应措施。夏秋季是沙门菌防控的重点。
[ Objective ] To explore the carrying rate and epidemic trend of Salmonella among employees in Nanning urban area, pro- vide scientific basis for strengthening the health management, and controlling the food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases. [ Methods] The results of Salmonella detection in anus swab samples from162 353 employees in Nanning City from 2008-2012 were analyzed. [ Results ] A total of 333 strains of Salmonella were found, and the total detection rate was O. 21%. The annual detection rate was respectively 0.31%, O. 35%, O. 25%, 0.12% and 0.10% from 2008-2012. The detection rate of Salmonella in summer and autumn was significantly higher than that in winter and spring ( P 〈 0. O1 ). The ages of Salmonella carriers were 18-57 years old, and the constituent ratio of 21-30 year-old age group was the highest, accounting for 57.96%, while the detection rate in over 51 year-old age group was the lowest, which was 2.70%. Moreover, the detection rate in females was significantly higher than that in males (P 〈0.01). There were 8 serogroups among 333 strains of Salmonella, which were dominated by B, C, and E groups, while 108 strains of B group accounted for 32.43%, and 2 strains of D group accounted for O. 60%. [ Conclusion] The detection rate of Salmonella among employees in Nanning has decreased year by year, but the positive rate is still high. It is necessary to strengthen the health awareness and Salmonella monitoring in high-risk population, find out the positive carriers as early as possi- ble, and implement the appropriate measures duly. Particularly, the summer and autumn are the important season for prevention and control of Salmonella.
