滩海油田高效油水分离装置

摘要 辽河滩海油田部分区块开始进入中高含水期,产出液大部分为油层水和油水乳化液,急需适用于滩海油田的高效采出液处理装置,以实现原油外运、污水就地处理。为此,辽河油田研制了V系列液-液动态旋流分离器,该装置重量轻、体积小、能耗低,适合海上油田及边远区块使用。经试验,单级分离原油含水低于5%,污水含油小于1%。 Some blocks in beach and shallow water areas of Liaohe oilfield have entered into mid- or high water cut stage with large proportion of reservoir water and oil/water emulsion in produced liquids. Therefore, water/oil separators are badly needed to obtain oil and dispose water on site. V-series dynamic liquid-liquid cycle-separator developed by Liaohe oilfield features light weight, compact size and energy efficient, which make it suitable for offshore and remote areas. Tests show that single stage separation can reduce water content in crude to less than 5% and oil content in water to less than 1%.
