Objective To explore the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism on coronary heart disease risk factors, as the anti hypothyroidism measures to provide the basis for the inhibition of coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2011 to February 2012 who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) in 140 patients with coronary heart disease patients, diagnosed as CHD group, the other as the control group, monitoring of free T3, free T4, thyroid stimulating hormone, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein B, diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism, hypertension, diabetes, high blood lipids, factor analysis. Results The coronary heart disease group and the control group and hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; there is the relationship between subclinical hypothyroidism and hypertension, high blood fat, the correlation of subclinical hypothyroidism with coronary heart disease (OR = 2. 236, P = 0.015 ) ; after multivariate analysis, subclinical hypothyroidism, hypertension, TG, HDL and coronary heart disease was highly related to. Conclusion There is a positive correlation of subclinical hypothyroidism with coronary heart disease, is associated with coronary heart disease risk factors, directly or indirectly, as a risk factor for coronary heart disease, strengthen the monitoring of hypothyroidism, is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of disease.
