血清CA15-3、CA125、CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血清糖类抗原CA15-3、CA125和癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用。方法采用电化学发光法检测46例乳腺癌患者(乳腺癌组)、52例乳腺良性疾病患者(乳腺良性疾病组)和50例健康体检妇女(对照组)血清中CA15-3、CA125和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平。结果乳腺癌组血清CA15-3、CA125和CEA血清水平显著高于乳腺良性疾病组和对照组(P<0.05),乳腺癌组与对照组3种检测指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3项指标联合检测敏感性显著高于各单项指标的检测(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA15-3、CA125和CEA可提高乳腺癌的阳性诊断率,值得推广应用。
