目的 探讨3例PICC末端入永存左侧上腔静脉的原因分析及护理对策.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法对2011年5月~2013年3月在本院置管导管末端入永存左侧上腔静脉的病例进行分析,总结当血管变异特殊情况,导管末端在异常位置时的处理要点.结果 PLSVC特殊患者置管时PLSVC的确诊和对导管末端位置的确定为重点内容,暂无有效护理对策.结论 在对患者实施PICC置管的时候,医护人员要严格执行操作规范,PICC置管后,要对导管末端的位置进行常规定位,对于导管异位的情况要尽早的发现,并且进行及时的处理,保证患者导管位置的准确性,尽量减少并发生的产生,保证患者的生命安全.

Objective To investigate three cases of PICC persistent left superior vena cava into the eternsl reason analysis and nursing. Methods A retrospective survey methods for May 2011 - March 2013 in our hospital end of the catheter tube into the left superior vena cava perpetuating cases for analysis, summarize special case when abnormal blood vessels, abnormal position at the end of the catheter processing point. Results PLSVC PLSVC particular patient when the diagnosis of catheter and the catheter tip location identified as key elements, no effective nursing. Conclusion In patients when implementing PICC catheter, medical practices must be strictly enforced, PICC catheter after the end of the catheter to the location on the conventional positioning of the catheter as soon as possible cases of ectopic discovery and timely treatment to ensure the accuracy of the patient catheter position, and to minimize the occurrence of generation, ensure patient safety.
