摘要
试验研究了无水乙醇、分散剂和水对含醇汽油质量及贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,当无水乙醇体积分数为 10 %~ 15 %时 ,用洛阳石油化工总厂 90号无铅汽油可以调合出满足GB 17930— 1999要求的 93号含醇汽油。水含量小于 0 .4%时 ,该汽油在 -10℃条件下存放不会发生分层现象。按选定配方调合了 2 0t含醇汽油大样 ,台架试验表明 ,该样品的动力性能与普通 93号汽油相当 ,尾气中HC和CO排放量分别降低了 18.5 %和 2 2 .4% ,最低燃料消耗率降低了 4.2 5 %。
The effects of anhydrous alcohol,dispersant and water on the quality and storage stability of the No.93 alcohol blended gasoline(ABG) were studied.The results showed that when the volmetric fraction of anhydrous alcohol is 10%~15%,the No.93 alcohol gasoline meeting the national standard GB 17930-1999 can be blended out by the No.90 gasoline of Luoyang General Petrochemical Works.When the water content is less than 0.4%,the ABG keeps homogeneous phase at -10℃.20 tons ABG was blended out according to the defined formulation as testing sample.The rig test for 20 tons of ABG sample showed that both HC and CO in exhaust gas of ABG decrease by 18.5% and 22.4% respectively.The lowest fuel consumption decreases by 4.25%.
