月坛社区2型糖尿病患者知识掌握情况相关性研究

Study on the situation of mastering the related knowledge in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yuetan community

目的:探讨月坛社区2型糖尿病患者知识掌握情况及其相关因素,为有针对性地进行社区糖尿病教育提供依据。方法:采用调查问卷的形式,对月坛社区卫生服务中心及其5个卫生服务站的252例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果:本社区2型糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握情况均分为(8.630±2.204)分,糖尿病饮食知识掌握欠佳;其中性别与糖尿病知识掌握呈负相关(r=-0.184,P<0.05),文化程度、社区资源与糖尿病知识掌握呈正相关(r=0.299,P<0.05;r=0.264,P<0.05)。结论:根据不同性别、文化程度和社区资源利用情况,对社区2型糖尿病患者采取个体化健康教育,加强饮食知识宣传与教育,提高自我管理能力。

Objective：To investigate the situation of mastering the related knowledge in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yuetan community and study the related factors in order to provide basis for proper health education to the patients. Methods ： A questionnaire sur- vey was conducted to 252 patients with type 2 diabetes in Yuetan Community Health Service Center and another 5 health service stations. Results ：The average scores of mastering disease - related knowledge in patients with type 2 diabetes in the community were （ 8. 630 ± 2. 204 ） points, the knowledge of diet control was poor in the patients ; the gender and grasp of diabetic knowledge was negatively correlated （ r = - 0. 184, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the educational level and community resources were positively correlated with grasp of diabetic knowledge （ r = 0. 299 ,P 〈 0. 05;r = 0. 264, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Application of the individualized health education like guidance on diet control can improve the ability of self management of the patients according to the different gender, educational level of the patients and utilization of community resources.
