摘要
介绍常减压蒸馏装置在线优化软件的基本功能以及与先进控制软件间的连接策略。阐述该软件在某常减压装置的现场系统集成以及在线闭环运行结果。现场在线运行结果表明 ,该在线优化软件能够适应现场各种工况的变化 。
WT5BZ]The main functions of on line optimization software of crude distillation unit are introduced in this paper.The strategies about the integration between on line optimization and APC(advanced processes control)are discussed in detail and three feasible accesses are presented.The on line optimization software is successfully applied to the industrial crude distillation unit of a refinery in China.The optimal results of manipulated variables calculated from on line optimization software are automatically sent to APC to implement the calculated changes in real time.With the instruction of on-line optimization software,the unit is guaranteed to run always under the optimal operating conditions.[WT5HZ][
