摘要
DDL - 水泥胶结测井仪与国产 SKH2 0 0 0数控测井仪地面系统挂接过程中存在井下仪供电电源不同、CCL信号接收传输方式不同以及地面系统对信号的处理等技术问题。首先对国产 SKH2 0 0 0数控测井仪地面系统进行改进 ,以适应DDL - 组合井下仪的供电要求 ;对 DDL - 组合井下仪配接一信号分离转接头 ,以完成 CCL信号的分离 ,满足 SKH2 0 0 0地面系统对信号处理的要求。通过室内配接及现场测井所获资料对比说明了其资料的真实性。这套挂接方法对其它油田国产数控测井仪与 DDL - 水泥胶结测井仪的挂接有一定的参考价值。
During DDL-Ⅲ cement bond logging tool is compatible with China-made SKH2000 computerized logging system, there are several problems, e.g., their different power supplies, different reception and transmission mode of CCL signal and how to process CCL signal. Thus, in order to achieve the connection, the surface system of China-made SKH2000 computerized logging system is improved to meet the power supply of combination DDL-Ⅲ tools (CBL/GR/N/CCL). CCL signal is separated in downhole from the tool string with adapter substitute connected between the string and bridle. The signal can be processed by SKH2000 surface system. The practical application is good.
