The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist has presented new requirements about how to carry out mass line under the new situation. The new connotation of the mass line should be deeply understood and grasped, at the same time a sober analysis and understanding about the new problems and the new situation that the mass work faces must be acquired, through which we can explore and innovate the new ways of the mass work constantly and improve the ability to perform the mass work very well.
